NEOWIZ Addresses Game Crashing Issues in “Lies of P”

Technical glitches can sometimes detract from the immersive experiences players seek. Lies of P has recently had such issues, as players have been voicing concerns over recurring game crashes and unexpected shut-downs during gameplay. To the relief of many, the NEOWIZ has acknowledged the problem and provided a solution.

NEOWIZ began their recent communication with a candid acknowledgment of players’ issues. They stated, “We have received reports from users regarding issues such as game crashes and unexpected shut-downs during gameplay.” Recognizing the inconvenience caused, the team earnestly apologized to the impacted players.

Post the initial acknowledgment, the team shared insights from their rigorous investigation. They discovered several factors that contributed to the game-breaking errors. Most notably, many crashes were found to be associated with the LowLevelFatalError.

Players searching for a solution won’t have to wait for a patch. The developer has recommended a proactive solution, the integrity verification process. Players can undergo this verification test as per the instructions provided on the Steam Notice. Here is the link for the detailed steps.

In tandem with the integrity verification, the team also highlighted the importance of ensuring that graphic drivers and BIOS are up-to-date. This simple step can potentially prevent many of the crashes players have been experiencing.

The developers, while hopeful about the effectiveness of their suggested solutions, understand that no solution is foolproof. They have therefore urged players to reach out with crash files if the issues persist post the recommended actions. The team’s email, lop_support@neowiz.com, is open to receiving these files, promising a deeper investigation into any unresolved problems.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
