Those high school quarrels are truly one-of-a-kind, and they are the only thing that I really don’t miss, like, at all. But, some miss it, and there is actually a game with that storyline.
Published by Flyhigh Works and developed by Secret Character and ITSARAAMATA, Banchou Tactics is officially coming to Nintendo Switch on February 15, 2024, through Nintendo eShop. The name might sound familiar to you, and it is because the game is already available on PC (via Steam).
The gameplay of Banchou Tactics portrays the intense rivalry between three high schools, Sakae High School, Nakamura Technical High School and Minato High School. Each of these is unique in its way, but they all want the same thing, the throne of the ruler of the town.
Players will see the high-quality 2D pixel art on a 3D stage, with a visual experience on a high level. The game will also feature a blood group system, special attacks, a knockback system, and a combo system.
Yes, I still don’t miss those high school times. But if you do, you should try Banchou Tactics once it comes out on February 15, 2024.
