Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Dragon Cheer Bug Fix Scheduled for Late January Update

Ranked Battles Season 14 is on, running until January 31st at 11:59 pm (UTC). This season’s got a new flavor with Regulation Set F, bringing in Pokémon from The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 2: The Indigo Disk. It’s a whole new ball game for trainers looking to mix up their strategies.

And hey, for those itching for more competition, the Blueberry Prologue sign-ups are live. The action starts on January 12th at midnight (UTC), so get your teams ready.

Now, onto a little hiccup in the game. There’s been some chatter about the move Dragon Cheer. Here’s the scoop: use Dragon Cheer, switch your Pokémon, and when you bring it back, boom, the Critical Hit rate is still sky-high. That’s not how it’s supposed to work, and it’s got some trainers rethinking their battle plans.

The good news? Pokémon Co. is on it. They’ve promised a fix in the upcoming Ver. 3.0.1 update for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. We’re all ears for when this patch is going to land to smooth things over.
