Pokemon Go Player’s Account Suspended While Participating in In-Person Raid
Trainers, we don’t know if you’ve noticed, but a lot of accounts have been getting banned or limited for no reason lately.
Many Pokemon Go players are getting these notifications, and no one is saying why.
One such incident, in which it is more than obvious that the player is not breaking any rules but is just enjoying playing Pokemon Go with his friends and everyone is participating in in-person Raids.

The player explained what happened previous to the ban. The player caught Shiny Giratina, joined a new Raid right after the catch, and got banned.
They should contact Niantic support, but they won’t help much. We hope they got their account back, so they can keep enjoying the game.
