Pokemon Go World of Wonders Battle League details

After quite some time, we finally got the information on what is going to be happening with a favorite feature in Pokemon Go, and that feature is the Go Battle League.

As part of the newly announced World of Wonders Season, set to begin on March 1, 2024, and end on June 1, 2024, Niantic and Pokemon Go have given us some update on Go Battle League. The site for it was down for some time, but now is back up and we have all the details, all the Cups and all the Pokemon.

Starting March 1, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. PST, Trainers will see that their Go Battle League rank will be reset, but the rank-up requirements will stay the same. There is a big list of what will happen when, so here is the World of Wonders Go Battle League schedule.

  • 2024 Pokemon Europe International Championships Bonus – April 3, 2024, until April 7, 2024 where the maximum number of sets you can play per day will be increased to 10

For the most dedicated Trainers, there will be a pass to access battle-themed Timed Research in the in-game shop, free of charge. Each page will require 100 wins to complete, and you will be rewarded a small amount of Stardust, items such as Elite Fast TM and an Elite Charged TM.

  • Brick Break – Energy cost increased and guaranteed to lower the opposing Pokemon’s Defense by one stage
  • Cross Chop – from 50 to 55 power
  • Aqua Tail – from 50 to 55 power
  • Water Pulse – from 70 to 80 power, energy cost decreased

World of Wonders Battle League Attack availability updates

The following Pokemon will be able to learn the following attacks.
