Pokémon Go Spotlight Hour holds back on Shiny Pawmi release
Trainers, the first Spotlight Hour of the new Season of World of Wonders in Pokémon Go starts today, March 5, 2024, featuring Pawni and 2x Evolution XP.
Spotlight Hours are events that take place every Tuesday for one hour. Spotlight Hour starts every Tuesday, from 6-7 pm local time, and Pokémon Go players have a chance to catch the featured Pokémon. This Pokémon comes with an increased spawn rate, including its shiny form.
The event also features a limited-time bonus, that can be used to progress in the game.
But not always Spotlight Hour Pokémon can be shiny. There are also Pokémon whose shiny form has not yet been released in Pokémon Go.
One of those Pokémon is Pawmi.
Today’s Spotlight Hour brings Pawmi, with an increased spawn rate, but not its shiny form. Shiny Pawni hasn’t made its Pokémon Go debut yet, so we believe Niantic is keeping him as a special surprise.
A Spotlight Hour without shiny Pokemon doesn’t sound like an event to us. It’s just a normal spawn, that can be seen more often for an hour today.
Now, the 2x evolution XP bonus is something else. You should take advantage of this bouns, and try to evolve as many Pokemon as you can.
