BioWare’s Anthem faces huge community backlash

BioWare, the developers of Anthem failed to impress the potential fans of their game. Anthem, their most recent product turns out to be just early access, with no official and stable build number. Since launch, it has been nothing else but encountering a good set of bugs. I have to admit, one of the most annoying is the sound cut off, being present since the private demo.

Anthem not only has a number of glitches, but it also lacks content. It is the only game these days that feels more repetitive than any other video game. That’s why BioWare’s developers are facing a huge backlash. Even though everyone was defending the game since release, it turned out to be the opposite.

Despite the known issues, the game’s balance is not on a good level at this time. The loot tables are completely messed up, rewarding players with blues and greens even on hardest difficulties. God, players are unable to turn off the game properly so they need to visit their task manager. It is completely messed up.

Community Reactions

There has been a picture on Reddit made by a fan who’s Anthem expectations were sky high at first place. Throughout the time, they got extinguished and he had to leave the devs a message.

FTFY Bioware from AnthemTheGame

This statement on Reddit was supported by the whole community, jumping on the same rust train as others. Everyone pretty much roasted Anthem’s current state, and that’s coming from the realistic perspective.

It is up to BioWare to bring some changes to the game. Most likely, they’re about to come on 8th of March. If that day brings more troubles for the players, we’re more than sure to be seeing yet another failed looter shooter MMO. With that being said, we’ll have to wait until the 8th of March. It is somewhat a deadline for the developers at BioWare to fix things up. Everything past that is just non-sense stagger.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
