Pokemon Go 7KM New Babies Hatch Rate is Less Than 3%

Trainers, the odds of hatching the new Baby Pokemon from 7KM Eggs have been revealed (based on a survey) and the numbers look quite underwhelming.

The Pokemon Go Holiday event introduced new baby Pokemon from 7KM Eggs and based on 30,440 7KM hatches the chances of hatching the new Baby Pokemon are less than 3%, and players are not happy with this.

According to the survey done by shorthair94 on TSR – out of 1,425 reports and 30,440 7KM hatches here are the results:

The 3% hatch rate sounds like a pretty bad move by Niantic, as these Pokemon are only Baby Pokemon, meaning there is no reason for them to be SUPER rare – and they are not even shiny.

The Pokemon Go Holiday event ends on January 2, and we’re not sure if these Pokemon will still be available from 7KM Eggs when the event ends. So now it’s the perfect chance to start hatching.

For last, if anyone is wondering about Rilou, yes, this Pokemon is in 7KM Eggs but it looks like it’s rare – there are no reports of anyone hatching it from 7KM Eggs yet.
