Just yesterday Rocket League announced their new update 1.35 with new content, achievements, customizations, trails, the begging of Season 5, as part of their Anniversary update.
But Psyonix wants to surprise the players with Rocket League Double Drop Rate Weekend starting today. This is the first-ever event of this kind, and I’m very excited about it.
The Double Drop Rate weekend starts today and will last until July 10 at 5 PM GMT. During this period all uncommon customizations items and Crates will drop more frequently. Also, your chance to get Painted version is X2.
Psyonix has also announced the Collegiate Rocket League Summer Series, Season 4 of the Rocket League Championship Series, the national tournament and a brand new Rocket League esports website. They haven’t released any details yet, so stay tuned as I will make sure to update this article.
For last, Rocket League is coming to Nintendo Switch this holiday, and a new patch for Xbox One X is in development.
