Update: Those who claimed their Research Breakthrough and got Moltres should send an email to Niantic support (pokemon-go-support@nianticlabs.com), as Niantic is very generous and is giving one Premium Raid Pass and you will also keep Moltres. Free raid pass and Moltres? That sounds like a great deal.
Update: The glitch is now fixed, Shedinja is live!
Previous Story: There is no info for those who lost Shedinja over Moltres. I really hope that Niantic will acknowledge their mistake and make it up for it!
Trainers, reports are coming in that players are receiving Moltres as Special Breakthrough instead of Shedinja.
