Update February 28: Trainers, Dialga is the next Legendary Raid Boss in Pokemon Go. Dialga will go live tomorrow on March 1 at 1:00 PM PST and will leave Raids on March 28 at 1:00 PM PDT.
Previous Story February 22: Trainers, Stardust PokemonGo Twitter account has a new exclusive leak, which refers to the new dual type Steel/Dragon Legendary Raid Boss Dialga.
As officially confirmed by Niantic, the Legendary Raid Boss Palkia will leave Pokemon Go Raids on Febuary 28 and as leaked by Stardust PokemonGo, Dialga will take over the Legendary Raids.
Dialga is a dual type Steel/Dragon Gen 4 Legendary Pokemon and is the game mascot of Pokemon Diamond and a member of the creation trio of Sinnoh, representing time.

This account has proven to be right before, as it leaked pretty much every event so far, but it seems like players are not getting it serious as this account is a spoofer/cheater.
