Update: Trainers, the weather is now back!
Previous Story: Trainers, the weather feature is down worldwide and this is causing some Pokemon to appear less frequently in the wild.
As confirmed by Niantic, the weather system is currently unavailable due to an in-game bug and they’re giving their best to fix the issue.
Trainers, the weather function of Pokémon GO is currently unavailable. We are looking into the issue and will update when it has been restored.

Niantic also confirmed that this bug is causing Aipom to appear less frequently in the wild.

Now, this is a big problem for players who are trying to finish the “Catch 10 weather boosted Pokemon” task. Be patient, a fix is coming.
