UPDATE Pokemon Go Slakoth Returns to EMEA Region Later this Summer

Update June 25, 2019: Trainers, Slakoth is coming back from July 4 at 10:00 AM CEST until July 7 at 6:00 PM CEST only in the EMEA region.
Previous Story June 9, 2019: Trainers, Slakoth is coming to EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) later this summer as now announced by Niantic on their official Twitter account.
Slakoth Community Day event went live on June 8, 2019, from 3-6 PM local time, and players in the EMEA region got issues with the game and were not able to catch Slakoth during that period.
The weather system went down, the game was bugging, players couldn’t log in and Slakoth spawns were low to none.
Niantic addressed their mistake on their Twitter account and confirmed that Slakoth will return only in the EMEA region later this summer.
Trainers, we are aware of gameplay issues that impacted the EMEA region during Community Day. Please stay tuned for a future announcement that includes the return of Slakoth later this summer. Thank you for your patience.
