Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Open Beta will get five new modes, Team Deathmatch, Domination, VIP Escort, Kill Confirmed, and Combined Arms, confirmed some hours ago by Activision.
This time, VIP Escort will be replacing Domination from the last time. The mode called Combined Arms is kind of a mixture between vehicular and infantry 12v12 mode, which is said to be similar to Domination mode. These modes are quite similar to the modes that we have seen from the last month’s alpha.
The beta will be available for all PS4 players beginning on Saturday, October 10th, and Monday, October 12th. However, the ones who pre-ordered it on PS4 will get it a little earlier, Thursday, October 8th.
The beta for the ones that pre-ordered it in different formats will be available on Thursday, October 15th. It is exciting that the beta is cross-play enabled, so Xbox, PS and PC users can organize and all play together. It was also recently revealed that in the actual game, not the beta one, we will see campaigns, multiplayer, and also the popular Zombies mode.
The game Black Ops Cold War will be released on November 13th, both on current, next-generation consoles and PC.
