Niantic and Pokemon Go to Run XP-Rebalancing Test for Select Players

Hello Trainers! Niantic has announced a few moments ago that they will be testing a new feature for hand-selected Trainers from Australia and New Zealand.

This test will begin on Monday, November 9, 2020. The developers will be making an XP-rebalancing test, during which we will see some adjustments to the amount of XP earned during the activities like catching Pokemon, hatching Eggs, and many more. As said above, it will begin on Monday, November 6, and will end on November 16, 2020.

In addition, the rest of the world will have different items in the Daily Free Box. As you know, this box can be found in the Free section of the Pokemon GO shop. Please have in mind these items are free to claim.

After the test is done, they will be sharing their results with the rest of the world.

This could be in preparation for a level cap increase, which we expect to see in mid-December. All aboard the Hype Train!
