Pokemon Go Solstice Event 2021 Expectations

Pokemon Go’s Solstice event is right around the corner and now it’s the perfect time to start speculating what we might see during the upcoming event. Niantic and Pokemon Go revealed only the start/end date, so let’s have fun and see which summer and winter-themed Pokemon we expect to see during the event.
The event will begin on Thursday, June 17, at 10:00 AM and will end on Sunday, June 20, at 8:00 PM. The only information we got from Niantic is that the Trainers living in the northern hemisphere will be having encounters with summer-themed Pokemon, and the ones that reside in the southern hemisphere will get the winter-themed Pokemon. We should be expecting more information on June 16th.
We have some predictions, but we have to remind you that this is our opinion. Nothing is confirmed at the moment and we expect to see an official announcement soon.
The Pokemon we expect to see in the northern hemisphere are:
- Petilil
- Bellsprout
- Oddish
- Summer Form Deering
- Sunny Castform
- Larvesta/Volcarona
- Sunflora
- Espeon
- Cottonee
- Solrock
As for the southern side:
- Sneasel
- Snover
- Snowy Castform
- Umbreon
- Cresselia
- Munna
- Lunatone
There are many other winter- and summer-themed Pokemon, so we would like to hear your opinion on which Pokemon you would want to see in your hemisphere.
