Samsung Mobile Mondays Pokemon Go Tournament for a Chance to Win up To $2,000

Pokemon Go and Samsung are hosting a Mobile Mondays Tournament and competitors will compete head to head in the Great League to win up to $2,000.

The Samsung Mobile Mondays: Pokemon Go Tournament is only open for players in the United States of America. Samsung shared the details about the Mobile Mondays: Pokemon Go Tournament and you can find them below.

Samsung Mobile Mondays: Pokemon Go Tournament

  • Start Date and Time: Monday, August 2nd, 2021, Start Time: 10 AM PT/ 12 Noon ET
  • Interested participants should create a Battlefy account (if they have not already)
  • They should sign the team up for the tournament and make sure to fill out all of the registration fields correctly
  • If you have successfully completed registration you should be able to see your team in the “Teams” tab of the Tournament
  • If your team is still “Pending” make sure you have filled out all of the registration fields correctly
  • You can register here
  • Mobile Only Pokemon Go Event
  • Open Sign-ups for anyone in the United States
  • The top placing individual can win up to $2,000 USD and new Samsung S21 Ultra 5G device
  • Competitors will compete head to head in the Great League game mode
  • Registration Closes Thursday, July 29th
  • Participants must be 13 years of age or older at time of registration and reside within the United States of America
  • Prize Pool: 1st Place $1,000 + Samsung Galaxy S21, 2nd Place $600, 3rd Place $400
  • Matches are played in Great League: only Pokemon up to 1500 CP are permitted in the tournament
  • Players are permitted a battle team consisting of six Pokemon that must be registered prior to the start of the tournament
  • All Battle Parties (3 Pokemon you take into each match) must be comprised of the 6 Pokemon (Battle Team) that was registered
  • Players will register their battle teams in the registration channel in the Official Event Discord
  • Once a battle team has been registered, players may not alter battle teams in any way
  • Only one of each Pokemon species is permitted on your team of 6. (No species duplicates)
  • Alternate forms of the same species will be permitted if their typing differs
  • Players are responsible for their own internet connection and hardware/peripherals
  • The Administration reserves the right to levy penalties against Participants who actively, intentionally, or unintentionally take action to undermine the integrity of the Tournament
  • Penalties may include removal from the Tournament and/or forfeiture of prizing, at the discretion of the Administration
  • Legendary and Mythical species will not be eligible for battle teams
  • Matches are played in Great League: only Pokemon up to 1500 CP are permitted in the tournament
  • No spectators allowed for matches
  • Tournament will consist of one single elimination bracket
  • All matches will be a best of three (3) head-to-head matchup
  • The player who wins the best of three (3) matchups will advance in the bracket
