For those that want to enjoy the game with Ray Tracing with improved lighting behavior, then they should at least have an 8th Generation of i5 or Ryzen 5 3600X, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. For those who are not interested in Ray-Tracing and would just love to rush through the content on a bare minimum graphics settings, then having a 9th generation of i3 or Ryzen 3 2300X paired with Nvidia GTX 1050Ti or Radeon RX 560 4GB should do just fine.
