Trainers, the Water Festival has started in Pokemon Go and a new Timed Research Catch Challenge is now available to complete.
The Water Festival Catch Challenge is only one stage and you must complete all five tasks to earn cool rewards, Dewpider and a Lapras wearing a scarf.
The Pokemon Go Water Festival event runs from May 12, 2022, to May 20, 2022, so make sure to complete all tasks and get yourself a Lapras wearing a scarf.
Water Festival Catch Challenge
- Catch 15 Pokemon: 20 PokeBall
- Catch 50 Pokemon: 25 GreatBall
- Catch 25 Water-type Pokemon: 25 UltraBall
- Make 25 Curveball throws: Dewpider
- Catch 10 different species of Pokemon: 50 Mega Gyarados Energy
- Rewards: 1000 XP, 1000 Stardust, and a Lapras wearing a scarf
