Trainers, Niantic and Pokemon Go announced all the details about the upcoming Test Your Mettle event, and it turns out our speculations were once again on point.

The Pokemon Go Test Your Mettle event runs from September 16, 2022, to September 21, 2022. Here is everything you should know about the event.

• Start time and date September 16, 2022, at 10 AM local time
• End time and date September 21, 2022, at 8 PM local time
• Celesteela’s debut as five star Raid Boss in the Southern Hemisphere cannot be shiny
• Kartana’s debut as five star Raid Boss in the Northern Hemisphere cannot be shiny
• Mega Aggron in Mega Raids until September 27, 2022
• Togedemaru debut
• Increased chance to receive Candy XL for successfully catching Pokemon with Nice Throws, Great Throws, and Excellent Throws
• Increased Candy for successfully catching Pokemon with Nice Throws, Great Throws, and Excellent Throws
• Different Pokemon will be appearing in the wild
• New Raid Bosses
• Different Pokemon will be hatching from 7 km Eggs
• New Field Research task encounters
• Timed Research focused on catching Steel-type Pokemon
