Trainers, Wish Granted is a new Masterwork Research introduced in Pokemon Go as part of the Pokemon Go Tour Hoenn Las Vegas event.
The Wish Granted Masterwork Research has six different steps. Each step has different tasks, rewards, and Pokemon encounters. Completing the Wish Granted Research will lead you to an encounter with Shiny Jirachi.
Both Pokemon Go Las Vegas attendees and later on globally can access the Wish Granted Research and get shiny Jirachi. The only difference is that the Las Vegas Wish Granted Research has fewer steps than the global Masterwork Research. The interesting part is that Pokemon Go Tour attendees with the shorter Masterwork Research will not be able to purchase the longer global Masterwork Research.
Masterwork Research Wish Granted has six different steps. Each step has different tasks, rewards, and Pokemon encounters. Here is a list of rewards one would get by completing the quest:
- 20 Jirachi Candy, 10 Groudon Candy, 10 Kyogre Candy, and 10 Rayquaza Candy
- 9 Rare Candy
- 20405 XP
- 12700 Stardust
- 2 Poffins
- 2 Incense
- 30 Ultra Balls
- Jirachi/shiny Jirachi encounter
Please note that you must play between February 20, 2023, at 10 AM, and March 20, 2023, at 10 AM PT to receive all the special event bonuses.

- Catch 385 Kanto Pokemon: 385 XP
- Catch 385 Johto Pokemon: 385 XP
- Catch 385 Hoenn Pokemon: 385 XP
- Earn a Gold Hoenn Medal: 30 Ultra Ball
- Rewards: 10 Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza Candy

- Have 10 Best Buddies – 1 Poffin
- Earn a heart with your Buddy 20 days in a row: Poffin
- Rewards: 385 XP, and 3 Rare Candy

- Catch 10 Kecleon: 1 Incense
- Spin PokeStops 20 days in a row: Incense
- Rewards: 3850 XP, and 3 Rare Candy
