Payday 3’s next update slated for October 5, should fix server issues

Payday 3’s server issues have been more than overwhelming, so Starbreeze has announced an upcoming update, arriving on October 5. This news was confirmed by a representative who relayed the info on the game’s official Discord channel. Along with addressing various bugs, this update will tackle the much-debated PS5 cosmetics issue.

Payday 3 has been grappling with significant server issues from the onset, leaving a sizable portion of its player base distressed. Many players have voiced their concern, arguing that a two-week wait for a game patch seems like a prolonged delay, especially given the existing server predicaments.

Responding to these challenges and concerns, Starbreeze’s CEO, Tobias Sjögren, made a public statement via Twitter. He earnestly acknowledged the frustration experienced by the gaming community and extended his apologies. In his tweet, Sjögren stated, “We are so sorry that the infrastructure didn’t hold up as expected, and although it’s impossible to prepare for every scenario – we should be able to do better. We work tirelessly until we have restored all services and our players can get back to heisting again without issues!

As updates unfold, stay tuned for more detailed reviews and insights into the game’s performance post-patch.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
