Pokemon GO Fashion Week 2023 featuring new Costumed Pokemon and debut of Shiny Gothita
It is time to strut our style on the streets of Pokemon GO, and see whose outfits are the best in the Pokemon realm.
Beginning November 15, 2023, and ending November 19, 2023, Trainers will be able to encounter, for the first time in the game, new costumed Pokemon, and they are Dragonite wearing a fashionable costume, Wooper wearing a fashionable costume and Quagsire wearing a fashionable costume.
As always, there will be many fun bonuses during Fashion Week 2023, where Trainers can enjoy 2x Candy for catching Pokemon, increased chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL for successfully catching Pokemon, and buy select items that will be on sale in honor of Fashion Week 2023.
Trainers can also buy a Fashion Week-themed Timed Research for $2, where they can get many encounters with Costumed Pokemon, as well as two Premium Battle Passes.
The following Pokemon will be appearing more frequently in the wild, and if luck is on your side, you can catch Shiny Gothita (Shiny Pokemon debut alert!).

Niantic didn’t spare us in the Raid department as well, so the following Pokemon will be appearing in Raids during Fashion Week 2023.

If you are wondering what will the Egg situation be like during the Fashion Week 2023 event, the following Pokemon will be hatching from 5km Eggs. Also, Gothita hatched from Eggs is going to have a bigger chance of turning into a Shiny Gothita, compared to Gothita turning into Shiny Gothita encountered in the wild.

Another interesting part of the Fashion Week 2023 event is the Field Research tasks. As always, there will be Fashion Week-themed Field Research tasks, and the following Pokemon will be available to encounter.

For a split second, we were worried that there wouldn’t be a Collection Challenge, but when we saw that the Fashion Week 2023 event would host one, our eyes started twinkling a little bit. Trainers will have the chance to complete a Fashion Week-themed Collection Challenge where they will receive an encounter with a Dragonite wearing a fashionable costume, XP and Stardust. Fun, right?
Last but not least, Trainers can enjoy a new set of avatar items, as well as compete at PokeStop Showcases with Gothita or Mareanie.
