Pokémon GO A Route to New Friendships Special Research Quest, All Tasks and Rewards, Along the Routes Timed Research and Field Research Tasks Included
Pokémon GO is bringing excitement to Trainers with the Along the Routes event, celebrating the introduction of the new NPC Mateo. This event, which runs from December 5 to December 8, 2023, is filled with unique activities and opportunities for players.
One of the main attractions of the event is the Special Research, A Route to New Friendships. This four-step research task offers a series of challenges that align with the event’s theme, providing engaging and rewarding experiences for players.
The event features Shiny Hisuian Sneasel, a much-anticipated addition for Shiny hunters. To make the event even more engaging, eggs placed in Incubators during this period will hatch at half their usual distance. Additionally, spinning PokéStops will yield increased experience points, with a significant boost for spinning a PokéStop for the first time. Opening Gifts during the event will also grant double the usual amount of Stardust.
Alongside these bonuses, new Timed Research and event-exclusive Field Research tasks are introduced. These tasks allow players to encounter Hisuian Sneasel, including a chance to catch its Shiny variant.
