EA Confirms Skate’s Arrival on Steam

EA has recently announced that the reboot of the Skate series will be available not only on EA’s platform and various consoles but also on Steam. This news was shared through a brief video on the social media platform X.

To provide some background, Full Circle, the studio developing Skate, has previously offered players the opportunity to participate in playtests. However, these playtests were only accessible through the EA App. Currently, Skate isn’t listed on Steam.

Full Circle is keeping the community informed about the progress. In July 2023, they disclosed their intention to conduct additional playtests for the game’s console versions. However, it is still uncertain when a more extensive beta or alpha test will be available, which would allow the game to be accessible to a broader audience.

Full Circle keeps its fans engaged by releasing videos showcasing the new features and gameplay of its upcoming game, Skate. In June 2023, they released a notable video featuring impressive in-game stunts. According to a financial report published in May 2023, the game’s official launch is scheduled for some time after April 2024.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
