‘It’s a Rocket World’ Special Research Guide, All Tasks and Rewards
Trainers, World of Wonders: Taken Over has started, and now we have a chance to participate in the new Special Research ‘It’s a Rocket World.’
‘It’s a Rocket World’ is a new Special Research with five stages. This storyline focuses on Team Go Rocket, and after completing it you will receive a Super Rocket Radar that will allow you to find Giovanni, and defeat the new Shadow Pokemon, Shadow Groudon.
As you already know, Team Go Rocket is trying to disturb our in-game peace again, but we won’t let them. We have to tell them once and for all that they must not play with us, and not bother us anymore. He has crossed all limits, but now we will teach them a lesson.
First, we’ll hit Team Go Rocket Boss, Giovanni. If we manage to eliminate the boss, then the Leaders and the Grunts will have no one to listen to, and there will be total chaos that we can take advantage of.
To eliminate Giovanni, we must first find the Super Rocket Radar, and the only way is through Special Research It’s a Rocket World.

- Purify 2 Shadow Pokemon: 10 Poke Ball
- Defeat 3 TGR Grunts: 1 Mysterious Component
- Rewards: 1500 XP, and Aipom

- Catch 20 Pokemon: 5 Pinap Berry
- Purify 5 Shadow Pokemon: 10 Great Ball
- Defeat 6 TGR Grunts: 3 Mysterious Components
- Rewards: 2000 XP, and Misdreavus

- Defeat Team GO Rocket Leader Arlo: 2500 XP
- Defeat Team GO Rocket Leader Cliff: 2500 XP
- Defeat Team GO Rocket Leader Sierra: 2500 XP
- Rewards: 2500 XP, and 1 Super Rocket Radar

- Find Giovanni: 10 Max Potion
- Battle Giovanni: 10 Ultra Ball
- Defeat Giovanni: 6 Max Revive
- Rewards: 3000 XP, and Croagunk
