Trainers, Niantic and Pokemon Go are celebrating the launch of Pokemon Horizons: The Series with a new special Bonus Timed Research. This Timed Research is based around Captain Pikachu, and it’s very easy to complete, so let’s find out more below.
Captain Pikachu’s Bonus Timed Research is a new Research introduced in Pokemon Go, and to get it, you must claim a code. Pokemon Go revealed the code, CAPTAINPIKACHU, and you can redeem it on the official Web Store Offer Redemption site.
The offer code and the Timed Research expire on March 13, 2024, at 11:59 PM local time, so you must complete and claim all tasks before then.

- Explore 3 km: 30 PokeBall
- Catch 20 Pokemon: 5 Razz Berry
- Spin 10 PokeStops or Gyms: 3 Revive
- Rewards: Captain Pikachu, 5000 XP, and 2500 Stardust
This is a free Timed Research, and you don’t need to get a ticket to access it. It’s available for free, and everyone can get it.
