From time to time, I like to go back and remember the days where our only job in Pokemon Go was to catch the Pocket Monsters.
Now, we have events every day, and those events have tickets. The thing is, if you don’t get a ticket for the dedicated event, you will miss out on many stuff that you might want to have in your PokeDex. As time went by since the first appearance of the tickets, the price grew and grew. So from $1 tickets Pokemon Go managed to get to $7.99 tickets, and I am pretty sure that this isn’t even the highest price.
According to PoGoCentral’s collected data, it shows that March 2024 is by far the most expensive month in the history of the game, taking into consideration only the paid-research tickets. I have to agree with this data, because everything is getting out of hand with the prices, and we are paying for literally nothing. Sometimes there are important things, but other times encounters are offered with a Pokemon originally available through a free Timed/Special Research.
This is totally absurd, and I do hope that Niantic will come to their senses and calm a little bit down with these outrageous prices.
