Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour March 2024 featuring Hoppip

Spring is all around us, even if at times the weather looks like it is winter. But still, the season of rebirth is here.

Pokemon Go’s main theme right now is spring, of course. So for that matter, every event, every Pokemon is in the spirit of spring. Pink, cute, soft, you get the idea. Well, it is Tuesday, and you know what that means, right? Spotlight Hours, folks. The event that many Trainers are looking forward to is called Spotlight Hour. This is a unique chance where Trainers can catch the featured Pokemon many times, during the span of one hour.

Usually held on a Tuesday in the month, Trainers can also enjoy a bonus that comes with the event, for one hour, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. So, for this Spotlight Hour in March 2024, which is March 26, 2024, the featured Pokemon is the Cottonweed Pokemon, known as Hoppip, and the active bonus is going to be 2x Candy for catching Pokemon.

Hoppip can evolve into Skiploom, for which a Trainer needs to have 25 Hoppip Candy. If you do want to get the final evolution, which is named Jumpluff, you would need a Skiploom and 100 Hoppip Candy. Plus, there is a chance that you might encounter Shiny Hoppip, which is even more fun.
