Apex Legends Players are getting their Apex Coins Back, What About the Missing Heirlooms, Stats, and Skins?
Legends, Respawn has fixed the issue, and Apex Legends players are now getting their Apex Coins back.
Respawn faced issues in Apex Legends the other day during server downtime. This applies to all players who purchased Apex Coins between April 2, and April 3, 2024.
Respawn also announced this publicly on X, but it looks like not everyone got their Apex Coins back.
We just finished deploying a grant of Apex Coins to @PlayApex players who purchased them between the update on April 2 and the server downtime on April 3. If you were previously missing Apex Coins after the downtime, they should now be reflected in your currency tab.

Also, many players got 150 Heirloom, but with the servers reset, they are gone. These players are waiting for an explanation, so our advice is to contact Respawn, send them proof, a picture, or a video, and keep your fingers crossed.
