Gunsmith. Part 4 – Escape From Tarkov Guide

It’s time for another Gunsmith Guide to comply with the renovated task requirements. This time, Mechanic asks us to modify an M4A1 according to his will. Without further ado, let’s take a look at the quest description which pins us deeper into the Gunsmith lore.

Gunsmith. Part 4 Description

Sometimes I think it’s good that I got stuck here in Tarkov. The whole world feels like it’s descending into an abyss, a gaping, cold abyss. Everything has lost its meaning. People, their values, their thoughts, and their goals. They don’t know anymore why they should take a joy, work, have children. Everyone is tired from the illusion of choice they were offered all this time, from having to work and buy either blue or red cigarettes. It’s happening everywhere, in every corner of the world. And here in Tarkov, we are honest with ourselves. We see it all in an already exaggerated way, without false values, when you don’t just decide what laundry detergent is better at removing stains, but how to keep warm at night and where to find ammo for the next lowlife that wants to kill you. Only then, in such an honest society, people show their true selves. What do you think? Okay, thanks for hearing me out. Some folks requested a fully packed M4. They need a silencer, 60 round extended mag, ergonomics above 47, and a recoil sum less than 300. And mind the weight, no more than 3.8 kg, with a sighting range of 800 or beyond.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC. 1. I keep on getting “Cannot install both 260mm AR-15 5.56×45 and MOE SL at the same time” error. Is there a way to get around this?

      1. Ohh wait there are two different MOE SL mods – only one works with the 260mm barrel FYI to other people! (it’s the greyish green one that works)

    1. Hey Alex, thanks for your comment. I just rechecked the M4A1. It fully complies with the requirements. I also updated the article showing the picture. Are you sure your magazine is empty, or you have the right charging handle?

  2. I had to swap out the charging handle for the raptor, then take the foregrip and rail off and use an AFG.

My mag was empty as was my chamber.

I think they changed the weights of some of the items.
