Pokemon Go Players from the U.S. to Earn up to 6,200 XP for Spinning a New PokeStop

Trainers, starting at the end of July 2021, players from the US will receive new cool bonuses and one of these bonuses is the 10x bonus XP from spinning new PokeStops.

Niantic and Pokemon Go announced in a blog post that starting at the end of July, the following exploration bonuses will roll out to Trainers for testing first in the U.S. and New Zealand. Trainers will:

  • Receive up to two free Raid Passes per day from spinning Gym Photo Discs.
  • Benefit from increased Incense effectiveness while moving.
  • Be guaranteed gifts when spinning PokéStops so long as they have not reached their maximum gift inventory.
  • Receive 10x bonus XP from spinning a PokéStop for the first time.

This means that players will have a chance to enjoy these bonuses for one month, and we strongly advise you to take advantage of the 10x XP for spinning new PokeStops.

In the month of August, players will receive 10x XP for spinning a new PokeStop and using a Lucky Egg you’ll end up getting a huge amount of XP. Let’s break it down – the bonus is 300 XP since December 2020, so using a Lucky Egg you’ll end up getting 6,200 XP. Crazy right?

Now, we’re not sure if you remember this story, but back on May 31, 2018, a German Pokemon Go player took advantage of the 10x XP bonus for spinning new PokeStops (during the Adventure event) and reached Lvl1 – Lvl40 in four and a half-day.

During the event, a German Pokemon Go player focused only on spinning new PokeStops. On his journey, he visited 12 different cities, spun a total of 4,387 new PokeStops, dropped all items from the PokeStops or by leveling up except the Lucky Eggs, used 21 Lucky Eggs, and caught only one Pokemon Pikachu. Well, he ended up with the worst lvl40 account in the world, but hey, he got famous for a day.

This is the reason why we say you should most definitely take advantage of the upcoming one month of 10x XP for spinning new PokeStops.

With the event knocking on our door, we recommend spinning new PokeStops to boost your XP. But please be careful, you don’t want to end up with empty PokeDex.

These bonuses will be available in other countries later this year.
