Battlestate Games Released Halloween Update for Escape From Tarkov, Details and more

Today, on October 26, Battlestate Games rolled out a new update for their popular game, Escape From Tarkov. This update is linked to the game’s Halloween event and brings several changes and additions to the game environment.

Earlier, the developer announced that they would be installing a technical update on October 26, starting at 8 AM BST / 3 AM EDT. Now that the update has gone live, players can expect to see some seasonal changes in the game maps.

Escape From Tarkov Halloween Event Details

  • Tagilla on the Labs map. Tagilla’s presence is not guaranteed to be 100%.
  • Pumpkins now spawn across all maps, containing various treats.
  • Tagged and Cursed seems to activate occasionally, and it could be related to the last man standing in the raid.
  • If you find and kill Friendly Zyrachi, a ritual begins, guided by Priest Cultists. You can kill all of them or let them complete the ritual and then fight an enhanced Zyrachi. According to many, your gun will jam.

As always, this is just another Halloween update, and there will most likely be tons of other additions coming throughout this event. Until we find something new, stay tuned.

After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
