The Latest Counter-Strike 2 Update Gets “Cheeky” as players discover new “Shakira Booty Dance”

Unexpected bugs or features can sometimes lead to amusing or bizarre outcomes. The latest patch for Counter-Strike 2 seems to have brought in an unintended “cheeky” part. Players have discovered that by rapidly pressing the ‘A’ and ‘D’ keys, characters on screen appear to be engaging in a twerking dance move. This glitch has quickly caught the community’s attention and become a humorous topic among players.

The phenomenon didn’t end there. An older version of the in-game twerk can also be executed by crouching and moving the mouse up and down. The community has taken to social media to share this hilarious discovery, with clips and comments circulating widely.

Before this update, players could do the MJ Smooth Criminal peek, but now that that’s fixed, we have something new to laugh about. A tweet by Gabe Follower, a known entity in the gaming community, humorously dubbed the glitch as the “new Shakira booty dance” discovered in Counter-Strike 2. The tweet has garnered significant attention, echoing the light-hearted amusement shared by many in the community.

This isn’t the first time in-game glitches have led to unintended humorous outcomes, and it certainly adds a lighter touch to the often intense atmosphere of Counter-Strike 2. While it’s unclear if the developers will address this amusing bug shortly, for now, it serves as a source of laughter among the community.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
