Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond Arriving on Platforms Summer 2024

I have always been a card game kind of a person, who loves a good challenge. Well, if there are any of you similar to me, you would love what I am about to inform you about.

Cygames has just unveiled Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, a thrilling free-to-play digital collectible card game set to launch in the summer of 2024. Available on iOS, Android, and PC, this competitive online game is going to introduce innovative features that promise to elevate the card battle experience.

One standout addition is the Super Evolution mechanic, accessible from the second player’s 6th turn onward. This introduces Super Evolution Points (SEP), derived from remaining Evolution Points (EP), triggering powerful Super-Evolve Abilities. Another intriguing feature is the Engage button, offering a new amulet ability for strategic gameplay. This feature can be activated on any turn by playing the amulet in advance.

The game boasts eight distinct classes, including the newly introduced Abysscraft, allowing players to build diverse decks using class-specific and neutral cards. Two main characters, Dreizehn and Lovesign, represent the Portalcraft and Forestcraft classes, adding depth to the game’s narrative.

Beyond the cards, players can enjoy a dynamic gaming environment, moving freely with custom avatars. Tournaments, starting in 2024, will cater to competitive players, with events like RAGE Shadowverse, in-store tournaments, and online competitions. The global stage beckons with tournaments like Shadowverse NetEase Championship and Shadowverse Open West / SEAO.

Coming in early 2025, the inaugural Shadowverse World Championship will bring intense competition and a substantial reward of 10 million yen, along with an exclusive Shadowverse: Evolve card. Qualification routes through various tournaments ensure a diverse field, making Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond a must-watch and play for card game enthusiasts worldwide.
