Fleeceking’s Tip on How to get Annihilape faster in Pokémon GO

Well, Trainers, it is always a great moment when we all help each other in “dark” times. This time, a well-known Pokémon GO player and Guinness World Record holder decided to, again, make our lives easier.

FleeceKing, known as the one who is a Guinness World Record holder, is also the first one to reach Level 50 in Pokémon GO, way back when that was quite new. Now, the Pokémon GO community is in a frenzy because of the arrival of Annihilape, the Rage Monkey Pokémon. This is due to the requirements it needs for Primeape (Mankey’s evolution) to evolve into Annihilape.

The Trainer advises you to open the Primeape you desire to evolve into Annihilape, and there you will see the requirement “Defeat 30 Psychic- or Ghost-type Pokémon”. As he says, this is quite a vague statement because we don’t know if Raids count, or any other sorts of battles in the game. He says that you should set the desired Primeape as your Buddy, but you don’t have to use it in your Battle team. You just have to have it set as your Buddy.

Next, you would enter into a Battle with your Friend, and that Friend needs to have a team of Ghost-type Pokémon or Psychic-type Pokémon with low CP. This is quite fast, and every defeated Ghost-type or Psychic-type Pokémon will count towards the required task. Keep in mind, you should take turns with your Friend, as good etiquette.
