Twitch Drops are one way to get in-game items. All you have to do is log into your Pokemon Trainer Club and Twitch account, watch the Pokemon Go stream, meet the goal, and claim the rewards.
Pokemon Go and Twitch are celebrating Go Battle Day with special Drops. To earn the Drop you must go to a participating live channel and watch the live stream for 1 hour. After that hour has passed, you can claim the Drop.
