Trainers, the special event Verdant Wonders featuring Zarude, Flower Crown Cottonee, and Shiny Flabébé has started, and with it we got a new wave of Field Research task encounters.
Verdant Wonders is the new event in Pokemon Go, which for $7.99 offers you an encounter with Zarude, all forms of Flabébé, depending on which region you are in (Yellow Flabébé in the Americas), new Field Research tasks and encounters, and Collection Challenge featuring Stardust, XP, and an encounter with Cottonee wearing a flower crown.
Pokemon Go players will have the opportunity to complete new Field Research tasks and encounter the following Pokemon:
- Vulpix
- Poliwag
- Marill
- Slugma
- Cottonee wearing a flower crown
- Pansage
- Pansear
- Panpour
All of these Pokemon can be shiny, so let’s take a look at the new Field Research tasks below.
Verdant Wonders Field Research Task Encounters
- Explore 1km: Flower Crown Cottonee, Vulpix, and Marill
- Spin 5 PokeStops or Gyms: 100 Stardust
- Catch 5 Pokemon: Poliwag, and Slugma
- Catch 15 Pokemon: Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour
Verdant Wonders Event Time
Verdant Wonders starts this Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 10 a.m. local time, and ends on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 8 p.m. local time. These tasks are exclusive to this event only, so be sure to complete them throughout the event.
Rogue of the Jungle Ticket
Niantic and Pokemon Go also offer a ticket. This ticket will grant you access to the Special Research Research story featuring Zarude, Premium Battle Passes, Silver Pinap Berries, Rare Candies, and other cool stuff. Once you claim the Special Research, you can complete it at any time.
