Pokémon GO Community Day September 2023: Grubbin takes the spotlight

Previous Story: It’s now officially confirmed: Niantic has given the green light for Grubbin Community Day in September 2023. With the announcement of the next Season, Adventures Abound, excitement is already building within the Pokémon GO community for the fresh content that’s on the horizon. The Adventures Abound Season is set to unfold from September 1, 2023, through December 1, 2023, making it an autumn to remember with plenty of new events and opportunities.

Players who love to catch unique Pokémon and their shiny forms are in for a treat. Over the next three months, Niantic has planned three Community Days, each spotlighting special Pokémon that offer both exclusivity and allure.

Get your calendars out and circle September 23. This is the day Grubbin, the Bug-type Pokémon, will shine. According to Niantic’s event calendar, the Community Day festivities will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time. During this time, players can seize the opportunity to catch Grubbin and its evolved form, Vikavolt. And let’s be real, when Grubbin takes center stage, those shiny odds look a whole lot better.
